Shipping & Returns

Cancelation Policy:

All In Stock purchases other than items from our "Personal Collection" section, "Final Sale, and "On Sale" items are eligible for cancelation, but will result in a 10% restocking fee. "Final Sale" and "On Sale" items, as well as items from our "Personal Collection" section are not eligible for cancellation. Prepaid Preorders may be cancelled up until the date they are in stock but will incur a 10% penalty, and any Non-refundable deposit ever taken will not be refunded unless we as the merchant have to cancel the order.

Returns Policy:

All returns must be approved by our customer service team who will ask for photos of items so as to inspect their condition. We allow a customer 7 days to return a product, but it must be returned in the same condition (New, Unopened, Unused and Undamaged). If an item returns in a different condition than it was sent out then this could result in either a deduction in the amount refunded or a return not being accepted and sent back to the customer. Note that return shipping is only paid by us when the mistake was made by us. If for some reason we send the wrong product we will pay for the return shipping and upon receipt we will either ship out the correct product or offer a refund or store credit. Whether you receive a replacement, refund, or store credit will depend upon the availability of the product and the customer's wishes. If an item has a defect please reach out to us within 7 days and we will try our best to help. Please note that minor paint defects and box damage are not eligible reasons for returns. 
Because of the delicate nature of the products we carry, we do not accept returns on any items listed in our "Personal Collection" section.

Defective Items

If your item is defective, please reach out to us within 7 days after delivery. Any return made without our approval will be automatically rejected. We will attempt to contact the manufacturer so that replacement parts can be secured. If they cannot then we will accept a return (UNLESS IT IS THE JAPANESE RELEASE OF A BANDAI IMPORT. These are sold as is. We will still try to help out with replacement parts but we do not guarantee that replacement figures or parts will be secured.) We will refund the cost of the figure minus shipping costs. We recommend recording the unboxing so that you can prove that figure is defective and not broken by misuse.

Please note, once a common QC issue has been discovered, a disclaimer will be placed on the product page alerting the customer to the issue. Once this occurs please understand that purchasing the item is equivalent to accepting the figure with any and all defects if there are any. 

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. With international orders, the initial shipping fee charged may not cover the full cost of shipping. If this is the case we will send you an invoice requesting the remaining shipping costs.


If the order is placed before 3:00 PM EST then the order will be shipped out the next business day. If the order is placed after 3:00 PM then it will be shipped out within 2 business days after purchase. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
